Allows you to explore tempera in a whole new way and doesn't require water, cups or paintbrushes. Tempera sticks are smooth as silk, easy to use and hard to put down. Stick blends beautifully, can be applied directly to paper, cardboard, wood and more. dries in minutes allowing excellent color layering techniques and different results can be obtained simply by altering the application pressure for finish that varies from wax to paint. Watercolor effects are also possible if water is applied soon after application. Metallic sticks are sold as 6 per set. Conforms to ASTM D-4236.
