curly long pile upholstery velvet for mini bears

Description

This is my latest miniature bear making fabric offering for a 9 inch by 9 inch square piece. The color is more of a tan/camel colored curly long pile matte finish upholstery velvet has a white woven backing and a wonderful scruffy/curly nap that is very soft like cotton plush, and can be dyed over. It does not fray.
See the photo of the 2 3/4 inch miniature bear (not included) that I made up from the fabric as an example of the nap. I also included a picture of the bear fabric dyed (see the photo of two bears). The bear on the left is the original color, the bear on the right was dyed with a light cocoa brown rit dye.
